Tanzanian Peaberry, Medium-Dark Roast, Whole Bean Coffee
 
A peaberry is a coffee bean that developed solo in the berry, unlike the normal two-to-a-pod.  As a result, it is a smaller, more compact bean, and loaded with concentrated flavor. Like many African coffees, the Tanzanian brings out a strong lemony floral acidity.  This coffee is perfect for sipping by itself, and perhaps accompanied by your favorite smooth jazz album.  Bonus:  It's a very good espresso bean, and makes an amazing cold brew!
